• Do you offer installation?

Yes. While our films are designed for easy application, we offer professional installation services for large-scale corporate projects, medical facilities, and complex stage setups. Please contact our technical team to discuss your project requirements.

• Can I order custom sizes?

Absolutely. All our products can be cut to measure, subject to minimum order quantities and maximum roll widths. We provide precision-cut film or mesh tailored to your specific glass or stage dimensions.

 

• What are your shipping and delivery terms?

We ship globally. Once payment is confirmed, our standard lead time is 3 to 45 days from payment to delivery, depending on the complexity of the custom cut and your global location. We provide tracking for all shipments.

 

• What is the warranty on your products?

We stand by our quality. We offer a 1-year warranty on our Holographic Mesh and Glass Film, and a 2-year warranty on the electronics and film for our Smart Privacy systems.

Holographic Mesh (PepperScrim)

• Does the mesh come with a frame?

We supply the mesh with reinforced webbing and stainless steel grommets for easy rigging. While we don't supply the trussing, our mesh is designed to be compatible with all standard stage rigging systems.

 

• Can it be used outdoors?

Our mesh is primarily designed for indoor or covered stage environments. High winds can affect the tension and the "invisible" effect of the screen.

 

• Is the mesh fire-rated?

Yes. Our PepperScrim is B1/M1 fire-certified, meeting international safety standards for public performances and theatrical venues.

 

Holographic Glass Film

• Can I still see through the window when the projector is off?

Yes. Canvas Clarity Glass Film maintains a 97% transparency rate. When the projector is off, it looks like a standard, clear window with a very subtle, high-end tint.

 

• Does it work in bright daylight?

While our film is high-gain, projection is always a battle against ambient light. It works beautifully in retail storefronts at dusk or in controlled office lighting. For direct sunlight, we recommend high-lumens professional projectors.

 

Smart Privacy Film (Switchable)

 

• How is the film powered?

The film is connected to a small transformer (supplied) which plugs into a standard power outlet. It can be operated via a wall switch, a remote control, or integrated into a smart-home/office system.

 

• Does it use a lot of electricity?

No. Our Smart Film is ultra-efficient, consuming approximately 5W per square meter when in the "Clear" (powered) state. When "Frosted" (unpowered), it consumes zero electricity.

 

• Can I install this on my own windows?

Yes. We supply a "Dry-Apply" self-adhesive version that is DIY-friendly for smaller panes. However, for large partitions or medical surgeries, we recommend our professional installation team to ensure a bubble-free finish and hidden wiring.
